Once you become our tenant, the service continues. We encourage you to thoroughly document the condition of your property at move-in; advise us of repairs we may have missed when preparing the property for you; then once you are settled in, we quickly respond to routine maintenance requests, and are readily available to dispatch someone for any and all emergencies. You have the distinct advantage of our ongoing efforts to educate and motivate owners to properly maintain their rental.
We routinely have tenants moving from one rental to another when their needs change; they come to us when they’re ready to purchase their own home; and refer their friends and family to us for rentals and property management
